A • General questions
-
1 • How do I choose the right size?
Le Glazik products may have a specific fit depending on the style.
To choose the right size, please refer to the size guide available on each product page and compare your measurements with the size chart provided. You can also click on “How to take my measurements” to help you measure correctly.
-
2 • How long does it take between order preparation and shipping?
Order preparation usually takes 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery time then depends on the carrier you choose. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your parcel from your customer account using the tracking number.
-
3 • How long does it take to receive a refund after a return?
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and checked, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale. Once the return has been inspected and approved, the refund is issued as quickly as possible. The exact timing may then vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
-
4 • Do I have to pay the return costs?
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. In the case of an exchange, you send the product back at your expense, and we cover the shipping cost of the new item.
As a small family-run manufacture, we are unfortunately not able to cover all return costs, but we make sure to offer a fair solution by covering the shipment of the exchanged product.
-
5 • How can I request an exchange?
To request an exchange, go to your customer account and then to the details of the relevant order. Select the product you wish to return and submit your request using the button provided at the bottom of the page.
Once your request has been approved by our customer service team, you will be able to download your return form with all the information you need to send the parcel back.

6 • Where can I find our stockists?
To find the Le Glazik stockist closest to your home, please contact us via the contact page. Our customer service team will reply as soon as possible.
If you are in Paris, you can also discover a beautiful selection of our products at A L’O - 1905, a historic stockist with a wide range of Le Glazik pieces.
-
7 • Why are some products, sizes or colours out of stock?
Some stock shortages are explained by the way we work: Le Glazik is a small family-run manufacture that produces in limited quantities. We do not overproduce like fast fashion brands: on the contrary, we favour a slow fashion approach, with carefully planned volumes and small runs restocked more regularly. This allows us to remain faithful to our quality standards and to a more responsible production model.
Finally, some products follow the rhythm of the seasons: for a winter garment in the middle of summer, you may sometimes need to wait until the following winter.
-
8 • Is Le Glazik a brand or a manufacture?
Le Glazik is first and foremost a manufacture with its own workshop and know-how.
Since 1928, the family-run house has been making authentic maritime clothing while remaining faithful to a commitment to quality, durability and authenticity.
