Returns and Exchanges

Any request for a return or an exchange must be notified in advance by email in order to facilitate the processing of your request, and no later than the 14th day following delivery.

In the event of a partial refund requested by the customer, if the final order amount falls below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping costs applicable to a single-item order will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges apply only to products purchased on this website. For any request concerning products purchased from one of our resellers, please contact the relevant retailer directly.

Button Sales

We only sell buttons for peacoats, duffle-coats, or kabigs purchased on this website. Please specify the product name by email.

Buttons are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of damage during delivery.
