The shipping fees are as follows:
- France mainland: €9 for an order below €120, free above €120.
- Europe (inside the Schengen Area): €15 for an order below €120, free above €120.
- Europe (outside the Schengen Area): €25 for an order below €100, €20 up to €119, free above €130.
- Other countries: €35 for an order below €100, €15 up to €119, free above €130.
Any customs fees will be at your own expense.
Dear British customers, please note that for orders of £135 and above, UK VAT will be charged before delivery.
Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, you may use the service MeinEinkauf GmbH. After creating your account on meineinkauf.ch, you may place your order on our website by entering the MeinEinkauf GmbH address in Konstanz as both the delivery and billing address.
This allows you to receive your shipment without having to deal with customs fees or additional shipping charges. A service fee of approximately CHF 15.00 will apply. Information supplied by MeinEinkauf GmbH.
Customers are required to inspect their parcel before accepting delivery and to report any issue in the event of damage.
Customers must provide a correct delivery address. If not, the return shipping costs will be at their own expense. Customers are also strongly advised to provide a valid telephone number to facilitate delivery.
Any parcel not claimed within the deadline will be returned to the sender without refund.
