Returns and Refunds
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the parcel to return all or part of their order, after first contacting the website management through the contact form.
According to the customer’s request, an exchange or a refund may be made provided that the item has not been worn and is returned with its labels and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. These costs may be reimbursed only in the event of the return of defective or incomplete item(s).
In the event of a dispute relating to non-delivery, a refund or re-shipment of the order will only be possible once the carrier has acknowledged the claim.
In the event of a partial refund requested by the customer, if the final order amount falls below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping costs applicable to a single-item order will be deducted from the refund.
